Community Yoga Class @ Kim + Ono in SF Chinatown | Wellness Wednesday
Come connect with your body and the community! Join us for a rejuvenating community yoga class, guided by local San Franciscan Odelia Lao at KIM + ONO in the heart of San Francisco's Chinatown. This special Wellness Wednesday is the perfect mid-week pick-me-up! Whether you're a seasoned yogi or a newbie, this class is open to all levels. Let's flow together and find some zen in the bustling city.
What to bring: your yoga mat, water/beverages for hydration, and optional yoga accessories (ie belt, block, etc, but not necessary)
This is a donation-based class, so feel free to pay whatever you feel called to. Cash, Venmo, and Zelle will be accepted at the end of class. The focus is on connecting with community though, so don't worry about fees and just join us. No one will be turned away. :)

About Odelia and Kim + Ono:
As an Asian American who was born and raised in San Francisco, Odelia's mission is to help people connect with their authenticity and feel like they belong. Her style of teaching yoga focuses on cultivating people's mind, body, and spirit connections. She has taught over 1000 movement classes in both barre and yoga, and pays attention to each participant with love and care.
Odelia connected with Tiffany and Renee, the founders of Kim + Ono, because they are also San Francisco natives who want to share wellness practices with the community. Kim + Ono is a family owned and operated business that empowers (wo)men to connect with their innate beauty, both inside and out. They specialize in silk and charmeuse kimono robes, and offer other wellness products in their boutique shop.
