About this Event
If you are looking to start or deepen your yoga practice and be in community with other queer and trans people of color, join me for my free community classes offered twice per month! These classes offer an opportunity to build community and find connection, in addition to taking care of your mind and body.
In these 75-minute classes, we will move our bodies together while also taking moments for intentional stillness and meditation. I invite you to come prepared to connect with your body and mind. These classes are tailored to all levels and abilities.
Cedar Works Community Center is located on 49th & Pentridge, one block away from the 34 trolley and 64 bus. There is also street parking available.
