This presentation explores the use of creative meditations and creative visualizations to help reduce stress and improve wellbeing.
The participants will be lead through several guided meditations. Unlike traditional meditation techniques that may focus on breath or mindfulness, creative meditations encourage participants to engage their imagination, senses, and emotions.
Creative visualization is a technique involving using your imagination to create a mental image of a desired outcome or goal. It is a form of mental rehearsal where individuals mentally visualize themselves achieving success, overcoming obstacles, or attaining their aspirations. This technique is often used in various fields, including sports, personal development, and stress management.
