We are excited to invite you to our 2nd Annual Community Wellness Retreat on Saturday, May 10th | 12 PM - 4 PM at the Boys & Girls Club Harlem Center (521 W 145th St, New York, NY 10031)!
This event is a joint effort between HEAF, Street Squash, and the Boys & Girls Club of Harlem.Together, we’re inviting all families, students, alumni and community members to join us for a day of wellness, relaxation, and fun in celebration of Mental Health Awareness Month!It’s the perfect chance to relax, connect with others, and engage in wellness activities that nurture your body, mind, and spirit.

Wellness Carnival (Create, Relax & Play Stations):
- Creative Expression Stations: Succulent Plants & Pot Decorating, DIY Affirmation Cards, Canvas Painting, and more
- Relax & Restore Stations: Chair Massages, DIY Sugar Scrubs
- Healthy Creations Stations: Build-Your-Own Bliss Bowls
- Movement Hub: Fitness Games & Challenges with exciting prizes!

- Art & Empowerment: Body Positivity & Self-Love Workshop

We’ll be serving lunch and refreshments throughout the day and everyone will also receive a wellness gift bag to take home. FIRST COME FIRST SERVE!
