Join us for our inaugural Community Walk, a great way to get moving, connect with others, and improve your physical and mental wellbeing.
Led by our exercise physiologist Brayden, each session offers a relaxed and supportive environment where you can be active and ask questions along the way.
The walk runs weekly for 30–60 minutes, making it an easy and flexible way to build healthy habits.
Sessions are held at Howe Park, Windsor (opposite Kable Street).
