Sip n' Storytime
Enjoy a cocktail and community connection while listening to a short story told by the wonderful Jane Jackson.
Jane discovered her calling to tell stories through a serendipitous request— after teaching history for many years, Jane was asked to be a Storyteller for a Nature Connection school for children. She found that she loved it and that wild plants gave her the best stories.
Through connecting with her cottonwood tree, or whatever plants are willing, she is given a unique story from nature to share with her audience. It is a mysterious and exhilarating process and a one-of-a-kind experience!

WHEN: every 1st Tuesday of the month
WHERE: Bar Max (2412 E. Colfax)
TIME: 7-10pm
Doors open at 7pm. Entry will not be permitted after 7:45pm.
Storytime starts at 8pm.
When the story is over, we encourage folks to enjoy a beverage, mingle with members of our community, and chat about what you heard!
Seating is first-come first-served, so we recommend coming early if you are bringing a group.
Food and beverge will be offered with plenty of non-alcoholic and vegan options available! Outside food and drink are not permitted.
