🌳 Community Tree Planting Along Kent Trails 🌳Join us as we plant native trees along Kent Trails to increase shade, improve climate resilience, and expand the tree canopy in our community—a project supported by the Michigan DNR Urban and Community Forestry Grant, helping to bring more trees where they're needed most:
📅 Saturday, April 18 (Two Shifts Available)
🌱 9:00 a.m. – Noon
🌱1:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m.
Volunteers of all ages welcome! Plant trees, move mulch, and learn the proper techniques that help trees thrive for generations. Tools and gloves are provided, but please bring water and dress for the weather.
