This 2 ½ hour specialized workshop is targeted at folks in professional capacities who are likely to hear disclosures of sexual violence while working with their clients. Our workshop will dispel myths about sexual violence, and comprehensively review best practices for supporting survivors through disclosure, seeking medical care, reporting to police, and navigating the justice system. These tools will help you to empower survivors to have autonomy over their healing and experience.
This workshop will be beneficial if you are
- A member of the clergy or a spiritual support team
- A regulated health professional
- A coach or youth leader/mentor
