About this Event
It’s time to make it real—together.
On June 17, something big happened. We gathered. We declared. We made our Emergency Declaration public—loudly and proudly—first at a press conference with powerful community leaders, and then again in a standing-room town hall that left us energized, aligned, and ready to move.
We called for an end to crisis-as-usual and invited our communities to step into something deeper: collective action rooted in healing, justice, and grassroots leadership. Now, we’re moving into the how.
Join us for Community Town Hall #4 as we continue to organize around our core aims by:
- Co-creating working groups to power the San Diego Solidarity Network
- Defining our shared expectations and collective goals
- Strategizing for a mass signature adoption event
- Planning the next phase of our Emergency Declaration campaign
This moment isn’t about any one organization—it’s about all of us. Come shape the next chapter.

💥 Why Barrio Logan?
We’re proud to continue our town hall series in Barrio Logan, a community that has long stood as a beacon of cultural resilience and organizing power. From Chicano Park to the Chicano Park Museum and Cultural Center, this neighborhood reflects decades of community-led resistance and brilliance. We gather here to honor that legacy—and to build on it.
This isn’t just another meeting. This is a movement—for a coordinated, caring, and just future.Let’s act like our futures are tied—because they are.
With deep gratitude and solidarity,CCF San Diego Chapter
