Shamanic and energy healing with Eugenia

Eugenia Rosa is a skilled Shamanic, Healing and Creative Arts Practitioner and Educator, offering transformative sessions for those seeking emotional, spiritual, and energetic support. With a deep understanding of the cycles of life, death, and rebirth, Eugenia's journey through grief, loss, and spiritual awakening has shaped her ability to guide others through their healing and transformation. Her practice blends ancient shamanic wisdom with modern therapeutic techniques, creating a powerful, inclusive space for personal growth and deep healing.

What to expect in a session

This 50 minute session with Eugenia offers a gentle yet powerful path to restoring balance, vitality, and emotional well-being. Whether you're seeking healing, clarity, or personal growth, her sessions use shamanic journeying, energy cleansing, and connection with spiritual allies—such as animal guides and ancestors—to facilitate deep healing.

No prior experience with shamanism is needed; Eugenia’s compassionate approach makes it accessible to all. She creates a safe space, guiding you into a relaxed state where insights emerge, emotional blockages are released, and peace is restored. Many clients feel lighter, more centered, and empowered, with transformative effects continuing to unfold.

The benefits of shamanic and energy healing

Clients report experiencing bodymind support for relief:

  • Stress, fatigue and overwhelm: Receive respite from the stress, fatigue, and overwhelm of modern life, helping to restore balance, rejuvenate the spirit, and cultivate a deep sense of peace, enabling you to navigate daily challenges with renewed energy and clarity.
  • Spiritual growth and exploration: Experience a deeper connection with your spiritual self, and explore the infinite wisdom and capacity of the unseen realms by connecting with profound insights and personal transformation.
  • Previous and active trauma: Through techniques like soul retrieval, you can invite the reintegration of fragmented parts of yourself and restore psycho-spiritual and emotional wholeness.
  • Chronic illness or physical dis-ease: Explore a complementary approach to energetic imbalances to further enhance and support the body’s natural healing capacity.
  • Mystery ailments: Address inherited personal, collective and ancestral trauma’s impact on present health.

Traditional therapeutic and medical interventions often struggle to address long-standing and undefinable dis-ease in the bodymind. From my journey and experience with clients, I've found that these symptoms frequently connect to ancestral, intergenerational, and past life "echoes," resulting in tangible but difficult-to-explain physical or emotional challenges. Modern science, particularly through the study of epigenetics, has begun to recognize how trauma and experiences from previous generations can influence our health today.

Shamanic practices and technologies - which focus on healing these deep-rooted imprints - are gaining attention for their ability to address these "phantom" ailments. By working with ancestral energies and spiritual insights, shamanic healing complements our understanding of epigenetics, offering a powerful approach to supporting (and potential resolving) long-standing, unexplained health issues and promoting holistic well-being.

Eugenia’s sessions are designed to complement other therapeutic and medical treatments and have no contraindications.

These sessions are offered on a sliding scale basis.

Using the the Green Bottles sliding scale I invite you to select a rate that reflects both your current financial situation and the value of the healing work we share. Thank you for your honesty and for participating in a system that values both accessibility and integrity.

A £5 deposit is required on to secure your place - you can choose to donate more at time of booking by simply entering a larger amount or alternatively you can make additional donations on the day by card or cash.

There is also the option to refund the deposit (minus eventbrite fee) if you give 48 hours notice.

Donations help fund the Centre and the therapists.

The Green Bottles sliding scale

This scale is designed to make healing sessions accessible to all while honoring the spirit of reciprocity and true exchange. This scale thrives on trust, inviting you to reflect honestly on your financial situation and the value of the work we're doing together. I trust you to assess your economic reality with integrity, helping the sliding scale remain a sustainable, inclusive option for everyone.

The sliding scale is also a tool for self-awareness and accountability. I understand that talking about finances can feel complex and personal. My commitment is to support you in exploring this conversation openly, as learning this “language” has been transformative for me on my own journey. I encourage you to consider your financial situation in relation to the descriptions below:

Top of the Scale (or the Left Bottle)
If you can comfortably meet all your basic needs, have access to savings, health care, and expendable income, and can afford vacations or higher-end expenses, the top of the scale is your guide. Choosing this rate allows you to support others on the scale, making sessions accessible for those with fewer financial resources.

Middle of the Scale (or the Middle Bottle)
If you sometimes stress about meeting basic needs but are able to meet them regularly, have access to some expendable income, and may occasionally afford new items or vacations, consider the middle of the scale. This option represents a fair exchange for those in a moderate financial position, balancing your needs with the value of this work.

Bottom of the Scale (or the Right Bottle)
If meeting basic needs is a frequent concern, or if financial constraints limit access to stable housing, health care, or savings, then the lower end of the scale is here for you. This option ensures that sessions remain accessible, especially during challenging financial times.

Treatments will be on the ground floor. If you have any specific accessibility needs please email [email protected]. The Salisbury Centre has one accessible toilet with grip rails.
