Community Summit – Empowering Alabama’s Nonprofit Leaders
Join us for the Community Summit, a two-day professional development and networking event designed to educate, equip, and inspire Alabama’s nonprofit leaders. Through dynamic workshops, expert panels, peer learning, and interactive sessions, attendees will walk away with practical tools, new connections, and bold strategies to strengthen their impact in the communities they serve.
This statewide convening brings together nonprofit professionals, grassroots organizers, community partners, and thought leaders for collaborative learning and resource sharing—culminating in a Business After Hours event and a powerful closing celebration.
NOTE: Final session topics will be shaped by attendee feedback via pre-summit survey. Your voice helps build the agenda!
Day One kicks off with networking over breakfast, an energizing keynote on grassroots leadership, and a powerful panel featuring local changemakers. Day Two features guided roundtable discussions on youth, health, economic development, and the arts. A Lunch & Learn explores the future of nonprofits, followed by breakout sessions focused on strategic planning. The summit closes with a community celebration and take-home resources.
