This CommUnity Sound Bath and Guided Meditation .

Come experience the power of Crystal singing bowls, Chimes, Gongs, and other healing instruments to surround you with the healing frequencies of sound and vibration. You will be guided into a meditative state so that you can deeply rest and reset your nervous system in a safe and peaceful enviroment.
Sound can transport you to a state of deep relaxation and inner peace so that you can access the hypnagogic state. This state is the transitional stage between being awake and asleep, where your extrasensory perception can be enhanced.
This is experience is designed to create space for you to listen deeply to your own soul, as you connect to your Highest Self, release stress, balance your energy, and awaken your mind, body and spirit in new ways.
No experience necessary- all are welcome! Come as you are and if you can, with an open mind and a willingness to explore the transformative power of sound.
If you can, please bring a yoga mat, pillow, pen and two cozy blankets. Some will be provided at the space. This will be held at 13651 North 32nd Street, Phoenix, AZ 85032.(Rest Recovery Office, Corner Suite)
