Relax your body, free your voice, and fill yourself with song! Debbie Nargi-Brown, Kira Seto, and Karly Loveling have an abundance of songs and experience for weaving voices and hearts into harmony. Whether you are just dreaming of finding your voice or you are an experienced and enthusiastic singer, join us for songs that honor and celebrate this precious life. Participants will enjoy singing and soaking as we tune in to ourselves, the land, and each other, connecting with what emerges and singing our hearts out!
We'll share songs in the oral tradition without any sheet music and you don’t need any singing experience to join us. The singing voice is a powerful tool to open the heart, quiet the mind, and connect us to our Soul.
Payment Plans: Breitenbush offers installment payment plans on registrations for this event. At the bottom of our registration form, you may select an option to pay 25% of your total balance and split the remaining balance equally across monthly payments leading up to the event.
About the Leaders
Karly Loveling
Karly Loveling is whole-hearted lover of life who weaves song into being and brings harmonies to life. She is a member of the Ubuntu Choir Network, leading Singing Heart Harmonies in Chanchifin (Eugene, Or), online, and at Community Singing gatherings, as well as feeling and tending the spectrum of human emotion with courage and care in community connections, classes, and events.
Karly’s often playful, layered, polyphonic songs honor the whole joyous, messy, confusing, ecstatic, and heart-wrenching experience of being a human. Kira Seto
Kira Seto (she/her) is a multiracial (white and Japanese) community songleader with a passion for weaving rich tapestries of sound through oral-tradition singing that is accessible to all. She brings a joyful, soulful presence to group singing, and believes deeply in its transformative power as a tool for empowerment, connection, and healing.
Since 2017, Kira has been leading a cappella group singing, and she currently directs Voices Rising Community Choir in Bend, Oregon, offering experiential singing that fosters interconnection, depth, and joy.
Kira is a student of Lisa Littlebird’s Songleader Flight School (2020) and a graduate of the Community Choir Leadership Training (2023). She has been a featured songleader at festivals around the country, including the Oregon Country Fair.
Debbie Nargi-Brown
Debbie Nargi-Brown, M.Ed, is a gifted community song leader, an award-winning dance teacher, and a talented songwriter. She offers her songs with love, compassion, and the hope of bringing joy and healing to others. Debbie’s lyrics and melodies are sung all over the world. She writes songs for the heart, healing, transformation, love, grief, and all that connects us as human beings. Bringing people together in dance and song is one of her greatest joys in life!
