This event is designed to create actionable connections that help families access the services and supports they need. Bring your business cards, resource materials, referral lists, and collaborative spirit!
Families are welcome to attend as well! Our Intake Team will be available throughout the event to provide clinic tours, answer questions, discuss services, and help families begin the intake process right away.
We can't wait to connect with so many incredible professionals who are making a difference in our community every day. This is the first of what we hope will become a seasonal series focused on strengthening pathways to care for individuals and families at every stage of life and every season of the year.
