What to bring
You can come as you are! All of the basics will be provided, but you are welcome to bring anything that will make you feel more comfortable. Yoga mats and cushions are available, but you might want to bring a water bottle, eye mask, pillow, small blanket, journal, and pen. Anything to make yourself more comfortable!
