🥗 Community Potluck, Mixer & Meditation🎶 with Sound Bath, & Energy Healing
Join us for a relaxed, heart-centered Event focused on connection 🤝, shared food 🥗, and collective grounding 🌿.
This gathering is designed as an easy, welcoming space to meet new people, reconnect with familiar faces, and unwind together in a supportive community environment.
We’ll begin with a casual potluck-style mixer, time to mingle, share food, and enjoy meaningful conversation 💬. As the evening unfolds, we’ll gently transition into a guided meditation 🧘 supported by singing bowls, sound, and calming frequencies 🎶 to help the body and nervous system settle, reset, and
ground.
The meditation and sound bath will also include optional subtle energy work offered intuitively to support relaxation, integration, and presence ✨. Nothing is required of you, simply rest, receive, and allow yourself to be supported 💛.
This is an informal, come-as-you-are gathering 🌙. We’ll be standing and mingling during the potluck portion, with space to sit or lie comfortably on the floor during the meditation and sound bath. This is not a sit-down meal, so if you’d like to contribute, please bring easy-to-eat, finger-friendly food to share 🍇🥕.
🧘 What to Bring for the Meditation & Sound Bath
Please bring a yoga mat, (some yoga matts available) blanket, and any pillows or bolsters you’d like so you can rest comfortably during the meditation portion of the evening 🛏️.
