Community Perspectives

Community Perspectives is a dynamic program launched by the One Lindsay Council to spark meaningful conversations and foster authentic connections across employees, neighboring businesses, and the broader Omaha community.

Through moderated panel discussions featuring respected local leaders, the series explores topics that impact us all, including community, adversity, stress, and belonging.

Each session is designed to be a safe forum where participants listen, learn, and share openly, guided by principles of empathy, respect, and curiosity. The goal is to elevate voices, deepen understanding, and inspire action that strengthens both workplace culture and civic engagement.
