Community Music Therapy

Join in for Group Music Therapy led by Juliana Russell, MT-BC. The facilitation is a mixture of meditation, music-making, and discussion. And the event is geared to help manage and navigate the current events and seasons of life. There are several benefits to music therapy and no prior music experience necessary.

Attendance is on a sliding scale of $10-$30, with no one turned away for lack of funds.
