Join us for a fun Community Meetup to connect, chat, and make new friends in person!

Grab your deals, your business cards, and your appetite — we're hosting a 2-hour community meet-up where creative finance and real estate folks come together to talk shop, swap stories, and make some great connections.

Whether you're in Gator, Sub To, Zero Down, Top Tier TC, Construction, or a mix of strategies, you're in the right place. All communities and dealmakers are welcome. Bring your active deals, bring your prospects, bring the leads you're still trying to crack — chances are, someone here has closed one just like it.

Your hosts for the evening: Regional Leader Shawn McAurther and co-host Aaron Shrabel, who'll be on hand to make introductions, talk strategy, and keep the conversations flowing.

And because good deals deserve good food and drinks, food trucks will be on site to keep you fueled up, and our host will keep a cold drink in your hand.
