About this Event
Join local yoga teacher, comedic improviser, and writer, Abby Kraai, for a heart-forward evening of connection through sound. Abby will bring her harmonium and lead the group in some vocal warmups, as well as some traditional yogic chants. If you have an instrument you'd like to bring (drums, shakers, guitar, grand piano...) feel free to bring it and play along! The emphasis for the evening is on joyful expression, not perfection. :)

**Please note: Parking can be busy at this location! Give yourself plenty of time to park and find your way to the building. Once you find it, please enter through the gate to the left of the front door, go to the back/ side entrance - you'll see a porch, and sliding glass doors that you'll enter through. You did it!
Some blankets and meditation cusions will be provided, but if you'd like to bring more cozy things, feel free to! Chairs available upon request.
