After having such a delightful time singing together on Mar 22, we're doing it again!!Join local yoga teacher, comedic improviser, and writer, Abby Kraai, for a heart-forward evening of connection through sound. Abby will bring her harmonium and lead the group in some vocal warmups, as well as some traditional yogic chants. If you have an instrument you'd like to bring (drums, shakers, guitar, grand piano...) feel free to bring it and play along! The emphasis for the evening is on joyful expression, not perfection. :)

**A couple things to note**
1. Please dress comfortably! We will be seated on the floor (and have some chairs available if you need!). We have about 20 blankets, 10 meditation cushions, and 20 backjacks available, but if you'd like any additional comfy/cozy things, feel free to bring them!
2. Parking can be busy at this location! Give yourself plenty of time to park and find your way to the building. Once you find it, please enter through the gate to the left of the front door. Walk up to the porch and through the glass doors, and you've made it!
