At Bridges Oregon, we believe that the strongest organizations are built in partnership with the communities they serve. As part of that commitment, we have been developing a new three-year strategic plan for 2026–2029 to guide our work in advocacy, communication access, education, and community services across Oregon.
A strategic plan helps us set clear priorities, identify where resources should be invested, and ensure that our programs respond to the real needs of Deaf, DeafBlind, Hard of Hearing, Late-Deafened, and American Sign Language communities throughout the state. It also helps us remain accountable to the community by defining measurable goals for the years ahead.
Because Bridges Oregon was created by, of, with, and for the community, we believe it is essential to check in with you before the plan is finalized. Your lived experiences, perspectives, and feedback help ensure that our direction reflects the needs and priorities of the people we serve.
We invite you to join us for an open Community Conversation where we will share highlights from the draft strategic plan and gather your feedback.
