We are having our third annual Community Impact Day. This is a collaborative day of
stewardship, connection, and gratitude for the blessings we all share as a community.
We have made additions to our event each year to bring more leaders, organizations,
and businesses together in services. We started by giving away backpacks filled with
school supplies. The second year, we brought on board vendors to give out food, free
University of Maryland swag merchandise, free haircut vouchers, free meal cards to
local restaurants, and had two interactive fitness demonstrations that involved
community members in attendance.
