Community Health Worker Collaborative Network - Information Sessions

We are excited to announce a new program emerging at the Oregon Community Health Workers Association (ORCHWA) and we hope you will join us for lunch and discussion on payment for CHW services! The Community Health Workers Collaborative Network is a Program designed to increase payment for community-based CHW services and programming for community-based organizations.

The Community Health Worker Collaborative Network is intended for small to mid-sized community-based organizations looking to increase funding for CHW programming and services. We are currently exploring partnerships with community-based organizations that provide services in Clackamas, Multnomah, and/or Washington Counties. We are hosting 3 informational sessions within the Portland Metro Region. This Information Session is held at The Thomas Aschenbrener Center for Philanthropy.
