C2C’s bilingual Community Health Leaders Collective (CHL Collective) convenes Community Health Workers, Promotores, and key public health officials to connect, learn, and strengthen frontline interventions and public health systems for equitable community well-being. Join us!

Participants include:

• Community Health Workers & Promotores from various health clinics and community-based organizations based in Santa Cruz County
• Health Officials from the Santa Cruz County Health Services Agency and the Health Improvement Partnership

Lunch & networking from 12:00 - 12:30 pm. Space is limited - please register today!

Parking is available at the Watsonville Civic Plaza Parking Garage 260 Rodriguez Street. Watsonville, CA 95076

First two hours are free. If you will be in the library for more than 2 hours, you may ask for a parking pass at the library's circulation desk, which will give you an additional free hour of parking.
