Taking care of your health is crucial to living life and living it fully. Our Assistant Director, Tiana Jones also doubles as a integrative health coach. Tiana's goal as your coach is to guide you through a journey of improved well-being, where you'll work together to relieve stress, discover new ways to improve your health and achieve your personal goals.

Being part of a supportive community can make such a difference and Tiana cannot wait for all of you to join energies in the space and learn, love and grow in ways you've never imagined. It’s important to be seen, feel heard and get support.
