About this Event
The CHAT program will run its first session twice weekly for (10) weeks to begin in March 2024. The second session will run twice weekly for (10) weeks beginning in September 2024. It is anticipated that (15) – (20) women will participants and engage in the identified topic of the week. It will be a closed group where each weekly session will build upon the next. Topics are as follows:
Week One – Introduction/ Overview/Why are we here? / New Mindset/ Mindfulness
Week Two – Healing through Meditation and Spirituality
Week Three –Healing through Art Therapy (Clay molding workshop)
Week Four – Healing and Breaking Intergenerational Cycles of Trauma/ Vision Boards/Journal Book
Week Five – Healing and Emotional Wellness (Mind/Body/Soul)
Week Six – Healing and Physical Wellness
Week Seven – Healing through movement and Financial Therapy
Week Eight – Empowerment Love and Beauty
Week Nine – Paint and Healing
Week Ten – Testimonials and Commencement Celebration!
