❄️As we head into the winter months we'll continue to run our community gardening sessions at the Crest in Lillington.☕️Whilst you might not feel like coming out in the cold if you wrap up warm you'll feel so much better after a good dose of fresh air, light exercise and friendly company. Our morning tea break with a cuppa and chat always lifts the spirit too.
🦔Our next session is Wednesday 5th November and we will be planting crocus bulbs and finding a place for a hedgehog house.
🌱We'll also be clearing footpaths behind the flats, making bird feeders, enjoying hot soup and planting the last of the winter veg throughout the rest of November.
🎄With Christmas just around the corner there'll be wreath making, nature crafts and a Christmas party on 17th where there'll be Carols, crackers and hot chocolate.
We'll be taking a we'll deserved break on the 24th and 31st December.
