Giving can feel draining, taxing, and lonely.

We so often forget that those we care for receive the most from us when our own cups are full.

Are you a practitioner of wholeness and well-being lacking community, support, and rest?

A 90-minute practice to ground and restore ourselves, each other, and our community.

Facilitators:

• Nicole Rush is a certified Ayurvedic Wellness Counselor, meditation teacher, and 200 RYT. She offers diet, lifestyle, and herbal guidance to help individuals reconnect to creativity, sensuality, and presence. She is also a cinephile, lover of black tea, and collector of French graphic novels.

• Christopher Miller, LAc, is a Five-Element Acupuncturist, meditation teacher, and Qigong instructor. He provides clarity, deep listening, and relief from physical, emotional, and mental pain. When not in the clinic, he is chasing after his exuberant and accident-prone toddler, drinking tea, and pulling weeds in his garden.
