Whether you’re new to exercise, returning after a break, or just fancy some gentle yet energising movement, you’re warmly invited.

Come join a friendly, welcoming crowd for a joyful blend of Pilates and yoga that energises your body, steadies your mind, and leaves you feeling grounded — with a little floaty magic too.

We’ll wiggle, stretch, and strengthen, then drift into a restorative unwind. Perfect for easing tension, recharging for the weekend, and sharing a laugh along the way.

After class, you can grab a coffee and a chat at the café — because the best part of moving together is connecting afterwards!

Where: Bandstand, Exhibition Park (covered, weather permitting — we’ll reschedule in gale-force wind or torrential rain!!)

When: Saturdays, 10:00 AM

What to bring: Comfortable clothes, water, and a smile. 10 mats provided, or bring your own favourite.
