About this Event
A 6 week, community exercise programme for adults facilitated by a fitness instructor. The classes will consist of cardio and body resistance exercises.
Commencing on the 2nd March at 7:15pm in the main hall and will run for 6 weeks. (excluding 6th April)
Bring an exercise mat, towel and water.
Strictly over 18s programme.
Please make the organiser and the instructor aware of any underlying health or medical conditions before partaking in the class.
