Drumming is an ancient method has been used for thousands of years to help maintain physical, spiritual, and mental health. Connect with others to promote self-expression and healing that utilizes traditional rituals, ceremonies, rhythms, and chants as a means to access a transformative align process. Come join us Unity Spiritual Center in Lansing on the Fourth Tuesday of each month for healing vibrations at our CommUNITY Drum Circle. We'll be using drums, rattles, singing bowls, chimes, and any other instruments you'd like to bring and share.
All levels are welcome – no experience needed. Just bring your open heart and your instruments, and let's create a beautiful, healing soundscape together!

Please Note If weather permits, we will be drumming outdoors. Please bring a camp chair or blanket to use. Rain plan will move to inside the Unity community room that has chairs provided.

Tune-In to Health founded by Dr. Virginia “Ginny” Caldwell is a traditionally trained Doctor of Naturopathy, a sound practitioner, and neurologic music therapist who is deeply passionate about helping people reconnect with their bodies, their health, and the natural world. Tune-In to Health Holistic Wellness Services, offers natural health evaluations, sound-based practices, and various naturopathic supports. Dr. Ginny’s work emphasizes reconnecting with the rhythms of nature through gardening and lifestyle, preventive wellness through diet and mindset, and accessible education rooted in both science and traditional healing wisdom.
