Community Day Packing Session
After a successful Packing Session in February, we can't wait to welcome volunteers back again in March! Join us at our base in Camden, where we will be designing canvas bags as means to hold essential items for donation to Maverick Humanity.
Maverick Humanity is a mobile charity working tirelessly to support those suffering from homelessness, by providing food, clothing and essential items.
From communicating with charity partners like Maverick, we found out that the items needed most by vulnerable individuals are the items donated the least. Therefore, our Essentials Kits offer recipients a selection of items that nobody should be without, packed in a personalised, resuable canvas bag.
Please note: There is a kitchen on site where volunteers can make hot drinks. The session will run from 12pm - 3pm. You are welcome to stay as long as you wish, but please do arrive at 12pm. There is a kitchen on site where volunteers can make hot drinks.
