Community Craft Night: Earth Day Upcycled Jar Lanterns
On a regular night, Community Craft Night is a relaxed, open craft night where you can bring your own art project—knitting, painting, journaling, embroidery, collaging, or anything creative—and work in a warm, supportive space. But this month, we will provide the supplies for a special Earth Day version of Community Craft Night!
Tuesday, April 22, 2025, 7-9 PM

Pay What You Can ($5, $10, $20)
In this creative, sustainability-inspired workshop, you'll learn how to make Upcycled Jar Lanterns. We'll turn old jars into beautiful, glowing pieces of art and intention. Bring a jar from home (any size works!) or use one we’ll have on hand.
We’ll provide everything else you need to create your one-of-a-kind lantern:
- Tissue paper, twine, paint, glue
- Prompts for reflection & intention-setting
- A warm, welcoming space to gather & create
This is more than a craft—it's a moment to reflect, connect, and bring a little more light into our shared space. No experience is needed, just come as you are.
Tickets are Pay What You Can ($5, $10, $20) to keep this space accessible and community-powered.
Reserve your spot today and join us for an evening of creativity, sustainability, and connection.
