Join us for an in-depth look at health equity in North Texas. Speakers and panels will share data, observations, testimonials and solutions for tackling the barriers to good health that so many of our neighbors experience. We will look at mental health, disability and chronic disease through the lens of health equity and then hear about some exciting new innovative ways to address health inequities. There will also be opportunities for attendees to network and start their own conversations about possible solutions. 👉 Limited seats available to the first 300 to register. Registration is FREE and attendees will be provided a complimentary breakfast. (REGISTRATION AND BREAKFAST IS FROM 7:30 AM TO 9:00 AM.) Attendees will have to pay for their own parking at the event ($10).
