The theme for the next Lexington Chamber’s Community Conversation series is "Advancing Community Well-Being." Three committed not-for-profit agency leaders will discuss how they successfully fill critical service gaps and extend care for those in need in our community during the months of October, November, and December.

 ABOUT DR. LILA ANNA SAULS
Dr. Lila Anna Sauls leads Homeless No More as Chief Executive Officer and implements the organization’s numerous initiatives, including community partnerships, programs, shelter operations, and the design and construction of affordable housing that directly affects the lives of homeless and at-risk families throughout South Carolina.
With over 30 years in non-profit leadership, Lila Anna serves on numerous boards and committees throughout South Carolina and serves informally as an advisor to city, county, state and congressional leaders on issues. She has also spoken in front of numerous policy subcommittees.
Lila Anna received her doctorate in Organizational Leadership Studies from Northeastern University and is nationally certified as an Affordable Housing Finance Professional. She and her team have presented nationally on their unique system of care, crisis management strategies, Covid-19 response in the non-profit sector, affordable housing best practices, and the ever-changing landscape of federal funding. Lila Anna is an adjunct faculty member at the University of South Carolina where she teaches the nation’s first and only graduate level course on homeless and at-risk students.
