The City of Bismarck’s Human Relations Committee (HRC) is presenting a Community Conversation Forum. The free public event is designed to facilitate conversations around the challenges faced by individuals in Bismarck who have been unhoused or are currently experiencing homelessness. The forum will take place at the Dream Center (1805 Park Ave). The format of the program will include a panel discussion, followed by an opportunity for public input.
