This free community gathering is designed to bring people back to themselves and to each other. Donations are welcome to support future programming and community initiatives.
We begin with intention setting and guided reflection prompts, pairing you in small groups to spark meaningful conversation beyond surface-level small talk. Expect depth, honesty, and real human connection.
From there, we move into a 45-minute grounding yoga practice to regulate the nervous system and release stored tension, followed by a 30-minute immersive sound healing experience to recalibrate and restore.
We close in a sharing circle, integrating what surfaced, honoring vulnerability, and sealing the space with intention.
