About this Event
Calling all clowns, jesters, harlequins and mimes: step right up to be part of this unique event in Old Sacramento! Community members of all ages are invited to join - no experience necessary. Arrive in your best circus costume to volunteer in beautifying the Waterfront District.
Join our colorful crew as we bring joy to the neighborhood. Connect with creative & fun folks who care about their community. (With plenty of photo-worthy moments!)
Hosted by Studio Marana as part of Atrium 916. Clowns will meet at 10:45am at The Atrium, located at 1020 Front Street in Old Sacramento. At 11:00am we will depart together to collect ground litter along the embarcadero and streets. Please wear comfortable closed-toe shoes, bring your own reusable water bottle, and trash grabber if you have one. Gloves and trash bags will be provided.
About the Sacramento Community Clean-Up Clowns:
This is our first organized clown clean-up event. This is an ongoing project - so please follow for more opportunities to clown around for a cause. We plan to pop-up in various neighborhoods across Sacramento. (We take clean-up requests!) Got trash? SEND IN THE CLOWNS!
