About this Event
Laura teaches yoga and meditation, with the option to receive Breema bodywork during savasana for a deeply restorative close to class. Her classes are alignment-focused and meditative, inviting students to slow down, tune inward, and move from intuition rather than force. Through mindful sequencing and thoughtful use of props, students cultivate sustainable strength, ease, and flexibility—supporting balance in body, mind, and spirit.
Our Donation-Based Yoga program is rooted in the spirit of Karma Yoga—the practice of selfless service. Yoga has supported and transformed us through some of our hardest moments, and we feel called to share that same healing with our community. By offering pay-what-you-can classes and donating 100% of proceeds to rotating nonprofits and charities, we hope to make this practice more accessible while giving back to causes that matter.
For the first quarter of 2026 we are donating to Siren - a Bay Area Non-Profit that empowers low-income immigrants and refugees through community education and organizing, immigration legal services, policy advocacy and civic engagement.
Donation-Based classes are All-Levels.
No one will be turned away due to lack of funds/donation.
