Join our Community Circuit class for a fun, high-energy workout that will leave you feeling empowered and connected! In this class, you'll rotate through a series of exercises, each completed for 1 minute followed by a brief 10-second rest.
You'll repeat this format for 30 minutes, working together with your community to push your bodies to their limits and achieve maximum results.
Our expert PT Kat will guide you through a variety of exercises, including strength training, cardio, and functional movements.
You'll work on different stations, each designed to challenge your body in a unique way. With only 10 seconds of rest between exercises, you'll be motivated by your fellow community members to keep going and reach new heights!
Our modifications and adjustments will ensure that you're always comfortable and safe.
