In this interactive Community Circle Morning, Deepa will introduce us to the 7 Levels of Energy from the iPEC Energy Leadership framework.

Together, we will explore how different energy levels shape our reactions — from feeling stuck or frustrated, to leading with responsibility, compassion, creativity and flow.

Many of us know the quiet pressure of self-doubt, perfectionism, or imposter syndrome.

But what if those patterns are not fixed personality traits, but simply energetic states we can learn to recognise and shift?

During this session, you can expect:

Guided reflection to identify your own default patterns

Gentle group discussion in a safe and welcoming setting

Practical tools to shift from fear-based reactions to empowered action

Deepa Kakkar is a certified Mindset and Core Energy Coach who supports ambitious women and entrepreneurs to overcome self-doubt, perfectionism, and imposter syndrome so they can lead with clarity and confidence. Having lived and worked in Africa and the Middle East, and now based in the Netherlands for the past six years, she brings a global perspective to her coaching. Trained in the iPEC Energy Leadership framework, Deepa helps clients shift from fear-based patterns to empowered action, creating practical and transformative growth in both life and business.
