Higher-Self Chats are:

• Social gatherings to shape culture, sharing information, engaging in conversation with like-minded individuals, and empowering members of our higher-self friendly communities in order to bring about positive social change.

• A platform for open and respectful dialogue on topics that are catalyst for internal and collective growth.
• Inclusive and safe(r) spaces for familiar and new perspectives on spirituality, holistic wellness and higher consciousness.
  Higher-Self Chats feature a small panel of speakers who have may have expertise or experience in, and/or are knowledgeable and passionate about the different topics of discussion. Our chats have an emphasis on dialogue and audience participation through a Q&A session curated by our team of Higher-Self Friendly resident moderators.

These programs are bring heart-centered facilitators to collaborate, share their gifts and grow together in CommUnity. With our collaborative and holistic approach to physical, mental, and emotional well-being, we help each other live more fully for ourselves and for others.
