Community Care IV: Stillness That Does the Work

This edition of Community Care is dedicated to deep, intentional rest. Through guided Yoga Nidra and immersive sound healing, we’ll support your nervous system in releasing tension, quieting mental noise, and restoring from the inside out.

Yoga Nidra—often called yogic sleep—is a guided meditation practice that allows the body to rest deeply while the mind remains gently aware. Paired with crystal sound bowls and grounding tones, this experience is designed to help you regulate, reset, and reconnect to yourself without effort or performance.

This is not a movement-heavy class. There is nothing to achieve. No poses to perfect. Just supported stillness.

You’ll be guided through:

• Gentle settling and breath awareness

• A structured Yoga Nidra practice

• An extended sound bath for integration

• A soft, unhurried return

Come as you are. Wear comfortable clothing. Bring a mat if you prefer (limited extras available). Blankets and layers are encouraged.
