Join Our Community Art Workshops with (e)motions!
Get ready to explore your creativity and express your feelings at Nivon Rotterdam on April 18, May 9, May 30 2026 at 14:00(CEST). These fun, hands-on workshops are all about connecting through art and emotions in a relaxed, friendly vibe.
What to Expect:
Movement to shake off the body.
Building playfully a collaborative canvas.
Calm energy, soft rhythms, and a totally judgment-free zone.
- Workshop 1 (18th April)
The seeds. Feel it, Move it, Trace it
We’ll guide you through movement and interactive exercises to wake up the body. Using storytelling to bring your senses into the present moment, we’ll connect with nature, each other, and ourselves.
- Workshop 2 (9th May)
The Growth. Activating the senses
We’ll expand the senses while focusing separately. This will bring us closer to our emotions and non-verbal connections. Through slow pace movements and guided exercises to feel the body and the people around us.
- Workshop 3 (30th May)
The Wild forest. Let’s go wild
We’ll grow from the grounded roots in space without “limitations”. We’ll explore the space in 3D, moving freely, finding your own rhythm.
Wear: Comfortable clothes you can move and breathe in.
Bring: An open mind. No "artistic talent" needed.
We'll provide some snacks, bring your own bottle for hydration.
