interpersonal or culture conflict.
About this Event

When we create a stronger culture, negative office politics can often be drastically reduced. Join this training to learn some basics in creating a positive office culture and productively dealing with office politics with poise and professionalism.

Learner Outcomes:

• Participants will be introduced to resources and actions to create a stronger work culture.

• Using real scenarios, participants will practice raising the issue diplomatically and working the conflict assertively.

• Using the DESCA structured response, participants will be able to speak up with confidence.

• Participants will learn and practice what to say to effectively deal with conflict, improve cohesion, and essentially head off most conflicts altogether.
