Every word we speak carries a frequency.
Like sound, our communication can soothe, connect, or create tension, both within ourselves and with the people we care about.
In this 2-hour experiential workshop, you’ll explore the foundations of Nonviolent Communication (NVC) as a compassionate pathway to reconnect with your inner world, honour your needs, and relate to others with greater presence and understanding.
Rather than “fixing” communication, NVC invites us to slow down and gently notice:
* What is alive in me right now?
* What values and needs are asking for attention?
* How can I express myself with honesty, without blame or self-judgment?
Through simple practices, embodied awareness, and guided reflection, you’ll experience communication as more than words, but as energy, resonance, intention, and heart.
In this workshop, you will learn how to:
* Understand what you truly feel and need
* Express yourself honestly and kindly
* Listen with more presence and calm
* Create smoother, more connected relationships
This workshop is especially nurturing for those who are sensitive, empathic, or on a spiritual journey and wish to cultivate clarity, compassion, and grounded presence in their everyday conversations.
Facilitated by Mayuko, an experienced NVC practitioner and CNVC Certification Candidate.
To ensure a meaningful experience, this workshop will proceed with a minimum of 4 sign-ups. Registration will close 3 hours before the class.
