Communi-Tea Sound Healing

We are coming back to Scribble Community for a special event combining herbal tea meditation and sound healing in Highland Park. Scribble is a non-profit counseling center providing sliding-scale mental health care, such as therapy, workshops, and classes. Twenty percent of proceeds collected for Moonseed events are donated to Scribble to support its mission.

For these sessions, I will be joined by a rotating cast of world-class musicians. First up is Thomas Lea, a classically trained violist and violinist. He has recorded for and performed with world-renowned artists spanning many genres, such as Billie Eilish, Justin Timberlake, and Yo Yo Ma, to name a few.

Remember to bring your nesting materials, such as a yoga mat, pillow, blanket, etc. Bring whatever you need to be comfortable during meditation.
