About this Event

Take a mid-week pause and give your body the reset it’s been craving. ✨

Join us for the very first Communal Breathwork class at WORTHY, guided by Haley. This 50-minute evening session will focus on restorative breath practices designed to calm stress, soothe your nervous system, and help you feel grounded and renewed.

This class is the start of a new monthly offering at WORTHY, part of our intention to bring community together through shared wellness practices.


What to Expect

🌙 Restorative evening breathwork to calm stress

🕯️ A chance to reset mid-week & mid-month


No prior experience is needed — just bring yourself, a yoga mat, and anything else that helps you feel cozy (blanket, water, eye pillow, journal).

Haley Gagliano

Haley Gagliano is an Integrative Trauma Practitioner, Reiki Practitioner, and Breath Coach. She specializes in embodied breathwork, weaving together movement, sound, energy work, and mindfulness to support nervous system regulation and emotional release. With training in Biodynamic Breathwork & Trauma Release (BBTRS) and her own lived experience as a trauma survivor, Haley brings depth, empathy, and presence to her work. She’s passionate about helping women reconnect with their bodies, access inner safety, and feel a greater sense of belonging.
