He is the Founder & Principal of Urban Edge Investments / Urban Edge Developments, focusing on transforming single-family lots into townhomes, multiplexes, and other family-friendly housing. Over more than a decade he has overseen 15+ development projects, including townhouses, single-family homes, condominium conversions, and land redevelopment. Trent holds an MBA in Marketing and International Business, has experience in management consulting and corporate roles, and is a licensed real estate advisor with Macdonald Realty Ltd. Alongside Harry White, he is co-founder of the Wealth Development Network.

Besides townhouse development, these projects included new single family homes, condominium conversions and land redevelopment throughout Western Canada. Trent completed his Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in 2001 with emphasis on Marketing and International Business.
